Ware’s Auto Body, Inc is a family owned and operated business, serving Hermiston and surrounding areas for over 39 years.  Leonard Ware started the business in 1974.  Since then his sons, Shawn and Brent have joined the business.  We have five auto body repair technicians, two refinish technicians and three office personnel.  Two of our repair technicians have been with Ware’s for over 39 years.

We continually upgrade our equipment and repair materials to keep up with the industry standards and now have an environmentally friendly base coat color system called Envirobase HP.  Envirobase HP is the latest technology in waterborne base coat available and improves air quality for the work environment and community.  Envirobase HP reduces volatile emissions by up to 80%.  It reduces hazardous waste, and aligns closely with original automotive manufacturer waterborne paint technology for superb color match.

In 1995 we invested in upgrading our paint facility to meet the requirements to reproduce the factory finish and quality as well as lowering VOC emissions and the impact to the environment.  This involved a separated paint shop from the body shop for a cleaner work environment.  We installed a high end European styled down draft paint booth and three bay preparation station both with natural gas heating systems for enhanced curing and faster drying times of paint and primer.

Our technicians are ASE certified and I-CAR trained to meet and exceed recommended industry repair standards.  These repair standards are recommended by the vehicle manufacturers and independent laboratories that have tested and certified the integrity of repairs performed to these standards.   Our technicians are factory trained allowing us to offer a repair done with the best  equipment and materials by highly trained and qualified technicians.

We understand that today people not only expect top quality, they expect to get it done in a time frame that will minimize the impact on their busy schedules.  We are constantly investing in equipment and technology while improving our repair processes and scheduling techniques to minimize the amount of time a vehicle is in our facility for repairs.
